The Benefits of Being a 2024-2025 PERFORMING ARTS SERIES SUBSCRIBER

 

A series subscription guarantees you a seat at all six of the 2024-2025 Performing Arts Series performances at the Hamilton Performing Arts Center. Series ticket subscriptions do not include tickets to special presentations outside of the main series, such as summer concerts or occasional “special event” presentations throughout the year. The benefits of being a series subscriber include:

 

A guaranteed seat at every performance. You won’t miss out on a sold-out show. New series tickets go on sale about 4 weeks before general public sales, with renewing subscribers having access even sooner. Renewing subscribers have the first choice of retaining their previous season seats or switching to new seats. Series subscribers purchasing before public sales begin will receive the best seats available, and same seats for every performance.

 

Early access to additional individual tickets. Series subscribers also receive the benefit of purchasing additional individual performance tickets  before sales of individual tickets open to the general public.

 

The best seats in the house. All series ticket seats are located within our premium seating sections.

 

Series tickets are sold only until the first performance date. Purchase yours early to receive all your subscriber benefits!

SERIES SUBSCRIPTIONS – Dates

Series tickets are available for purchase on the web, by calling us at 406-363-7946, or visit our office to purchase your tickets in person.

 

Season Subscription: $270 (+$24 credit card ticketing fee)

 

July 1 – August 8, 2024

Renewing series subscriptions sales begin. Renewing series subscribers will be guaranteed their same seats during this period.  Renewing subscribers may keep their previous seats, or they may switch to any available seats. We urge subscribers to renew their season tickets during this early renewal period if they want to keep their same seats.

 

August 13 – September 2, 2024

New series subscription sales begin. Series ticket seats not renewed by August 13 are released for purchase by new subscribers. During this period, we can guarantee that all subscribers will have the same seats throughout the upcoming season.

 

September 3, 2024

Individual tickets go on sale for all performances. Though we invite series subscription purchases all the way up to the first performance of the series, we cannot guarantee that a subscription purchased after September 2 will receive the same exact seats for every performance. We will offer you the best seats available for each performance at the time of purchase.

INDIVIDUAL PERFORMANCE TICKETS

On September 3, 2024, tickets for all of the 2024-2025 performances go on sale to the general public.

 

Individual Tickets: $45 (+$4 credit card fee)

 

Tickets can be purchased online, by phone at 406-363-7946, or by visiting our office at 127 W. Main Street in Hamilton to purchase your tickets in person. Subject to availability, tickets are also available at the door on performance nights.

 

POLICIES for All Performances

  • All tickets are nonrefundable.
  • Most performances are not appropriate for preschool-age children.
  • Venue doors open one hour prior to performance. House doors open 30 minutes prior to performance.
  • Photography and video and audio recording are prohibited at all performances.
  • Please silence cellphones and other electronics for the duration of the performance.
  • No food or beverages are allowed in auditorium venues.
  • Possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages is strictly forbidden by law in our auditorium venues. Violators are subject to removal and arrest by law enforcement.
