The Bitterroot Performing Arts Council places a high priority on protecting your privacy. We will collect your personal data if and when you provide it to us, for example when purchasing tickets, making a donation, registering for an event, signing up to be on our mailing list, or corresponding with us. We may share your personal information with trusted service providers, such as our ticketing agency or a mailing vendor, only to the extent required to fulfill those services and only with providers that agree not to share your data or use your data for any other purpose. We may publicly acknowledge our donors in written or other forms. If you would like to not be publicly acknowledged, please let us know at any time.

Email subscriptions: All of our patrons, donors, and those who sign up to receive more information from us are automatically placed on our email subscription list unless you opt out during the transaction where you provided your information. All of our marketing emails provide a one-click unsubscribe procedure to be removed from our marketing email list.
